I was pretty drunk and playing with a fully automatic submachine gun, so yes? But at least Im not the guy creeping the comment section of a post a picture of yourself thread on halo forum without posting pictures of themself, so I guess things could be worse.

It's a magazine, and there could have been a round in the chamber. Just practice gun safety is all I'm saying. You could have accidentally negligent discharged. You'd look dumb as hell after a round goes flying through some drywall.

the gun is brand new, there was nothing in the chamber. i checked. and it was at a birthday party, not a range, why would the mag be in anyway. the only time i had my finger on the trigger was in this pic, other than that it was rested on the frame.

I'm not trying to be a dick dude, it's just that gun safety is important. Treat all guns as if they were loaded. I keep a mag in my AR and my shotgun fully loaded within 5 feet of my bed incase of a break in for home defense. That's a reason for it to be loaded.

yeah i feel you, its just that literally everyone has guns here and half of my friends work at gun shops so im fully aware of how to properly handle a firearm. I checked everything and made sure the ammo was in the case and not in the chamber before I even raised it.
