Less specular and increase the radius of that light (which looks like a spot light). The same looks too defined.

also the teeth look messed up, might be them reflecting against the skull though, I can't tell. Looks really nice though

Thanks, and it is the teeth reflecting. I honestly can't figure out why they're doing that, I've tried blocking the lights going towards it and everything, it's strange.

If you wanna get fancy, not sure what program you are using, but the logic transfers.

Just make the teeth a seperate mesh and make them not be able to be seen in reflections.
