here it is:

the current thf channel is low on subs. we need to start by generating traffic to it with our current audience, that is to say forum members. Once it gains respect within the forum community, then it will be time to really expand it and advertise. The problem right now is that not even forum members are subbed and watching it's videos, shit some one just posted that they didn't even know we had a channel. Attracting new people to the forum is good because we have a solid base already, but attracting new people to the channel is folly because we currently have no base. You can't build off of nothing, there is no solid foundation to move forward. We need to get the forum guys on board with the channel before any true and lasting expansion can happen.

I'm sorry, but I'm still going to keep my channel going. I've had it up since early 2006, I'm not just going to stop uploading videos for personal gain at this point. I already have a foundation, I'm not going to stop releasing to them in hopes of gaining a smaller foundation on a different, not established channel.

you are missing my point, i never asked you to shut your channel down, or stop uploading or anything. all i am saying is clip of the week, while it's happening should be reserved to the thf channel. i was speaking strictly about the THF channel, i wasn't talking about your channel. still announce the winner on your channel and everything like that.
i think your channel will survive if you wait ONE week to upload ONE clip. i am not saying all our uploads go to one channel, what do i look like? I do think it would be good for us and the forum to upload an exclusive video you can only catch on the THF channel every once and a while (with directions to the PERSONAL CHANNEL INCLUDED, but not all our uploads.

Another one of my points is that MIRRORING VIDEOS does not do shit for the channel, there needs to be something only the channel has every little bit, and that will help the THF channel get underway a little bit. I already said in an earlier post that i would donate an exclusive video at times. i think you should do the same as it will draw traffic to your site as well if you post the info in the video.
