Since the day it changed into a X360 sub section, hasn't there been activity since.

People are still producing Halo videos, but the section is too hard to find.
Names like, EvilElmo, Osmozzz, Lat3ksi are still making videos now and then, but just about no one knows about it

I just noticed today that EvilElmo had made a video, it's a month ago he made it. And there are many more I just saw for the first time today, if it was before the move, would I know about it the day these videos were released.


th!wy's final is probably the best HPC match montage since the days when Klanwars.cc was active, it wasn't announced, but we've seen montages with public footage get frontpaged when it HCE had its own section. We're losing a lot by hiding that community.

Pretty sure that there are almost no videos getting made except for Reach and H3 these days.

I know, but the HPC community is pretty active on the gaming messenger XFire. And the section was far from dead till it was moved

There are sections less useful than the CE one.

PC games MMO. 13k posts, 12.000 are in the WoW and Runescape threads, the entire section is carried by two threads, might aswell merge it with the normal PC Games section.

Same goes to XBox.
Xbox Live arcade and marketplace and XBox Console have an average of less than 3 posts a day since it was launched.

Xfire's halo section is a joke on there, bunch of trolls. used to have some good people there..



I think it pissed a lot of h1x/hpc players off when they were closed off and put in some sub forum b.s. so they left.

They don't use forums or anything, they all stay connected through the messenger.

There was some good activity over xmas break.

I used to play H:CE a lot but not to much anymore the normal servers are all screwed with or only one map/ one weapon set or extremly modded. And Custom has absolutlly no one playing the servers anymore. sad really.

Makes no sense at all to have it hidden like it is. I would post some H1 videos, but it's not like they'll get any attention. Halo CE should definitely have it's own section (like it had), I mean this is the HALO Forum.
While we're at it, we should have also added a YouTube section by now for these 100+ threads about a single video.

These changes would take 5 minutes tops, but will most likely never be done.


P.S. - Halo 1 isn't a Xbox 360 game.

the only thing holding me back from making videos is that i don't have the proper capturing equipment. if anyone has any advice on what i should use to capture that would be great

edit: also if we can get a group of people to play xbc, we can plan out times to play xbc gt: skunk_pep

The only thing holding me back is the amount of shit servers and basically no good servers.
