Alright guys.

We hear your complaints and, after talking, Frag and I have agreed on how to handle this. From now on, the staff of The Halo Forum will be more lenient. We will not close threads without a provided reason, posts will not be deleted, and members will not be banned without a public reasoning provided in a thread that will be made in either CoT or THF support, stickied, and constantly updated by the moderators as a "moderator log." It will be open for discussion so any decisions can be defended and debated in a mature manner. In my opinion, the recent hostility towards the staff can only be answered with more transparency.

We are willing to compromise to ensure that everyone enjoys their experience on the forum and, as the administration, it is our job to reflect the wishes of the members. If the majority find this decision a mistake, we will adjust as we all see fit. Personally, I'm sick and tired of how divided this site is becoming. Things aren't perfect by any means, but the fact of the matter is that we have two admins who are constantly trying to make this place not only better for you all now, but for the future members we are hoping to bring in when the site goes through the upcoming updates. Can we just work together? Some of us have been here for six goddamn years and I think we all deserve to keep this site afloat for as long as we can.

We think this is in the best interest of all the members of this site and the forum as a whole.
