It's not the exact same as any of the ones that were proposed.

I'm pretty sure the reason it only works on the newest skin is because it is a 3.7.1 skin. The other 3 skins are compatible only up to 3.6.7.

Nothing to do with it. You can use the rep system with any skin, the buttons for it just weren't included in the older custom styles.

Isn't that what a rep system is for? I mean, why have a rep system if we don't want to recognize members who post good shit? I, for one, don't subscribe to the attitude of +repping someone because they are an Exclusive or Mod, but a rep system is to elevate/denounce a person for their actions. It will happen, no doubt, but in the end it is your choice on how you use it.
