The major weakness I see in the Barca team is their inability to adapt during the game when losing or faced with a team that isn't playing like they expect.

Pep doesn't know what to do when his plan fails. I've always been one to say that Valdes is not a very phenomenal keeper, but the guy isn't a scrub. With Barca out of the CL and handing La Liga to Madrid, it's pretty clear there's going to be some changes next year.

His contract runs out at the end of this season, will definitely be interesting to see what happens to him and if he does leave where he ends up. I think he'd be the perfect manager for a team like Arsenal though Wenger is a great manager himself.
