Welcome to second round of the Best Picture Award in the second Halo3forum Halo 3 Movie Competition. There are 2 heats. You can vote for as many videos as you want per heat. Each video you vote for receives 1 point. The top 5 videos from each heat will move on to round 3. You can view the brackets here. The voting for this round ends on the 22nd.

Yeah, both heats are stacked. There's a lot of good entries, and it's only going to get harder and harder to choose as entries get knocked off. So choose wisely
