I've seen so many channels containing some good Halo gameplay and clips, but rarely get past 200 views or more :/
Is halo this unpopular or are we just too modest to go around every channel you come across and spam 'hey do you wanna watch my vids lovely chann btw<3' (like codfags lol)

Let us just stirr up some life in the Community and help some channels out, they deserve it

(note : inb4 'you just want to get yours famous'. I don't, there are people with better content than mine that like only get half the views I have, I want to change that)

Halo content isn't something big in the Halo scene at the moment. There are some names that are rising at the moment, especially Bravo that coached MLG team Triggers Down, he's giving a lot of tips and hints for less experienced players.

Offourse Anoj has massive numbers with his Top 10 series, but we don't have anyone else really that attracts a huge crowd.

Reach isn't the right game for videos like the ones we see in Call Of Duty.

Halo community is more tight knit than CoD and Gears are which means less people to watch videos.
I don't mind getting less views on videos really but I like seeing nice comments, That's all that matters to me really.

I agree, Halo isnt the only game like this. I play Battlefield games as well as Halo, and I feel like both have pretty similar communities. There are lots of impressive montages, commentaries, and the rest for Battlefield but each video doesnt seem to get thousands upon thousands of views like Cod vids do.

One thing I dislike is that Machinima is like the monopoly of gaming content, almost all semi big and rising channels are partnered with Machinima.

But I agree, I don't see that much Battlefield as I do CoD around.
I have to say though, It's mainly due to Halo Reach making an increasing decline, This is the first time it's come across so big but since Halo 2 the community has been going downhill really.
I also believe the Halo community is less forgiving of some things, Which bothers many people.
I gotta say I think Halo 4 may be a turn around if it's good but another thing is, Most people are introduced to CoD in many countries and not Halo, Because it's deemed "Nerdy" in some places, I know I get alot of slack for playing Halo but you it doesn't bother me, I can play what I want, When I want.

Yeah, other than quantic media (which contains most of the major BF players) there are not many other good battlefield channels. I do agree with you an the Halo community. I feel like the Halo community is "Less Forgiving", and I see players fight among each other constantly (Whatime is my primary example). I feel like the community is kind of separated on different things. If you play Mlg you are considered a "try hard", if you play multi-team or rumble pit you are considered a montage kid that plays noobs and so on....
