In order to get your video ANNOUNCED on the FRONT PAGE of TheHaloForum.com, there are only two MANDATORY requirements! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements 1. Include TheHaloForum.com somewhere in the introduction of your video. It must be present for an announcement to be made. 2. You must contact one of the five following members of The Halo Forum's Montage Council, where it will be reviewed and, if it meets our specifications, announced on the front page. The two recommended options for contacting a Council member are shown below, through Private Messages or AIM. Private messages are highly recommended. Your video does not have to be a Halo montage for it to be announced. Once you've completed those two steps, the Montage Council will take it from there. If your video passes our Approval Voting (2/5 Council members must approve it), your video will be announced right away. If, however, your video does NOT meet the requirements and/or fails to receive at least two ratings of approval from the Council, it will not be announced on the front page.
