Does Anniversary come with the complete Halo Reach multiplayer? If so, I could just trade in my Reach and get Anniversary, right?

No it doesn't, it's not like ODST. It just comes with the anniversary maps.

yea i thought the same thing.
I got Halo CEA but couldn't play with Reach players. Had to go get reach  .
