Simple question.
I have a checkpoint on a mission that I want to be able to resume the campaign level from. If I change to another game, let's say CoD will that checkpoint dissapear and I'll have to restart the mission from the beginning or is the checkpoint still saved there so I can resume the mission from it?

yes. it resets if you switch to a different game. the power of volatile information only goes so far....

I thought if you save and exit it will resume later on..?

If you save and exit, yeah your save will still be there. It you just outright change discs while playing then, no. It won't save.

When I popped it my disc and saw that my checkpoint didn't saved I raged alittle inside.

it will remain as long as you dont play another part of the Halo CE campaign, in that case it will warn you before you proceed.....
