Was there a timer for Halo 2? I remember we had to board the Forerunner Ship, but I don't really recall a timer. I could be wrong though.

I'm soooo fucking glad there isn't a timer.

Just think of how much of a bitch that last part of the level would be. I'm assuming we're talking about Pillar of Autumn.

No there was never a timer for H2. You had to kill steroidbrute.

Nah there wasn't, but after you beat the do*chebag of the game, stop halo firing, and board the forerunner ship, it was pretty obvious it was over... Plus I don't remember H3 having one, just Cortana b*tching about what the charging is at

There wasn't a timer in H3, per se, but if you hung around too long you fell through as Halo destroyed itself.
