I seriously hate my life every time I play a social game. It is the most annoying, boring shit I could ever endure playing a video game. MLG is where I have my fun and great times. I love how all the social kids just have this idea that if you are playing an MLG game, you play it likes it's h2 Carbon vs. Final Boss game 7 of the championship tournament, and every time you do the slightest thing not perfectly, that is grounds for some kind of mass verbal and/or physical abuse to be thrown your way. One of the reasons why I generally dislike kids who are "YEAH ONE BOOOMMMMBBBBBB" social players.

A lot of times, the gameplay ISN'T good. People are plenty of times just straight blinded by the medals and that makes them think the play was good (I'm talking social). I was talking to a friend of mine a while back about how it's so much easier to get social clips and to prove it, I went into 1 multi team game. ONE. First game I got a stick triple into an over into a stick tac into a headshot trocity. And I suck. I've been playing H3 for 2 years and I don't think I've ever gotten a "good" mlg clip and I hop into social for 1 game and snag a decent clip. It's because of that, that I have a lot less respect for the gameplay of social montages. It's just so easy to get shit like that. You have the VERY few social tages that push the limits like Kampy's vids (and I'm sure Dutchy), but generally it's all the same. Tons of people say the same thing about MLG tages though, that they are all the same but it's far harder to get decent MLG clips than social. Kids don't just run top mid (generally) after you killed 3 of their teammates because most of them know that it could cost them the game. Social kids have their control sticks rubber banded in the "forward" motion and their triggers taped down. Knowing that a clip couldn't be obtained with the players eyes closed helps immensely in dictating how I feel about it.

I find MLG boring because I never took video's game seriously or competitively. Thus making me find Social a lot more fun to play and just to joke around not caring whether or not that I lose or win. But also in the meantime while I'm joking around with friends and editing or doing something at my computer, I can still get cool clips. And now look, I know that kids are worse in Social, but that's why the bar is so set high, the caliber of a social clip being good is like a Killtastrophe with a stick or 2 in there a couple of nice headshots and No scopes.

Now in MLG clips, I don't think I've ever seen someone get multiple no scopes and like 2 sticks all in their multikill, so if and when The Detour 2 comes out, you probably notice I like to no scope a lot because I believe it makes the clip that much better, and say...

1 No scope in an MLG exterm = Around 3 or 4 No scopes in a Social Trocity

I believe those both equal in terms of how everything is being played out, and it's the same for say sticks to, or anything else.

To be honest, the clip I got wasn't nearly as good as it sounds. Sticks were like all close up and shit and the headshot was on the second try. So I didn't keep it but I was just trying to make the point that getting multis in social is like nothing. I'm just saying, ANYONE can play social for a month or maybe less and come up with a half decent vid. Not really the same for MLG.
