Rules:
1. One request will be handled at a time.
2. To submit a request you must upload the project file as well as all necessary textures/materials/maps prior to submission.
3. Only programs listed above are supported for submission (you may discuss adding new programs for support in the thread).
4. The rendered animation must be a png sequence and compressed using zip or rar archiving, then uploaded to any file hosting site for the editor to download.
5. Absolutely no sharing of the animation with anyone other than the editor.
6. Submissions will be made in this thread, or you can IM/PM me your submission and I will edit the post. Crest or any other mod that is a part of this could also do that. Just post a link to the project file, the frame range you want rendered in total, and the program used.
7. Only the editor and the render farm team should have access to the google document.
8. All projects must mention the H3F Render Farm somewhere in credits.
9. All members must provide working emails to send a google docs link to so you can edit the document.

but i was wondering.. would we all need the same versions of the software?

Project files include the projects render settings right? Like all the Vray/Mental ray options? Or is that local generally? if it's based in the project. I'll sign up, once I put 3Dsmax back on my system.

I think setting the render settings would help a ton because then there won't be different qualities, resolutions etc..

That's a good question, but I think usually project files created in older versions of a program work with newer versions.

Does maxscript control render? Would be awesome if the author could simply bundle a max script and you just control which frames to export. But, I know nothing about max script.

vue has rendercow but idk if it only does local...
