I was watching E3 and some Bungie guy was demoing Halo 3: ODST and he mentioned a pistol that is a one shot kill in the head. It seems kind of like the halo 1 pistol. Did anyone else catch this?

the magnum in h3 was one shot no shield headshot...i really dont think its all that more powerful but just shoots faster and zooms. Maybe tad be more powerful but not the 4 shot kill.

I'm 100% sure that you have NEVER touched Halo 1 before. You say 4 shot? If you've played Halo 1, you would know that it's 3 shots. There's no Halo 1 memory that you have.

That could not of been stated any better. I am worried what they murdered on Heretic. It's supposed to be perfect for Halo 3 gameplay mechanics. But we all know some jump or weapon set will be broken.

i guess its a 100% replica of Midship, but i also heard there isnt the bouncy platform top mid, so i dunno. But how can you go wrong with a map thats pretty much a circle...

Alright, my rememberance of playing that game had me 4 shotting people. I never said I was good sir, only said I could 4 shot not 3 shot. So before you start or attempt to flame a random post, think before you do it. Wannabe, sure I am. You keep telling yourself.

oh that was my bad..he only quoted me and i said 4 shot, yes i know its 3 but im just so used to saying 4 shot with the br. And yes i have played halo 1 since its release date...and i was damn good at it..
