BR/Sniper Practice maps?

i was wondering if anybody knew of any maps made to practice BR'ing and sniping. Ive heard of maps like this. They have Fusion coils at spots enemies would be and some have Lifts throwing coils in the air to practice noscoping. i know the best practice is to play, but i just want something to warm up with. Does anyone know of were to downlaod any maps like im describing?

You could try shooting the birds on Guardian. But if you find the map, I'll definitely check it out.

Octagon would be your best bet. I'd definitely play that over some fusion coil map. It gives you that player vs. player practice, rather than that "look at one spot and shoot predictable fusion coil" sort of practice. You know?
