Is there any way we can get a H2F or THF icon that shows up on browser tabs? Right now, it's just a white rectangle with rounded corners. That's some shit... I'll take a screenshot of it you want, in case it's showing up different on my side.
and i don't know if it's been mentioned, but a "currently viewing" element at the bottom of the page so you can see who else is in the thread with you.
also, the page needs to snap to your post once you make your post. having to scroll down after a post is an inconvenient pinch in the ass.

With the Search by Game option on the videos page, I'm thinking we have Halo 2, Halo 2 Vista and Halo MCC. Where would you put a H2A montage? just in MCC? cuz thats more different from halo 2 then H2v. I dunno what the best situation would be as the whole MCC thing is tricky.
I haven't read through the thread yet so I don't know if this has been addressed yet so sorry if this has been answered! Is there currently a way to edit the order in which your videos appear on your profile page? And if not could that function be added? So for example the first video I submitted for publishing was my Campaign Montage because it is my best one I think then I did all my other montages after. However now it is on the last page of my videos section and I want it to be on the front. Any way to fix this or maybe add a feature where you can edit the order of your videos?

I figured this might be a good option, forgot to say anything but I concur that it'd be swell.
The tab icon shows up for me, it's the logo that @Marruk made. The page also snaps to my post when I make one, so I'm thinking this might be on your end.
And mine still doesn't snap.. I'll test browsers out or something

someone proposed to me the idea of an upcomming events calender, where people can enter stuff and we can accept it. Like montage releases, hcs events, game releases, updates, anniversaries of big moments etc.

not a feature right now as far as Im aware no, also not with PMs.

I'm thinking we change the "your" to "a" in the "Don't see your video in our archive? Submit it!" call out on the videos page. People can put up videos other than their own.
Sorry if I can't get to responding to everyone's questions, many of which have already been answered several times in this thread. I've only spent every waking hour working on the site implementing features and making fixes since it's launched.
Maybe time for someone to compile a knowledge base/FAQ? Surely this ole CMS can take it!
A few bugbears I've noticed:
Hitting cancel on a reply page takes you back to the first post of the thread. Just now, I'd hit reply to you, then canceled it, which I expected would return me to at least the page I was on.
Are thread subscriptions on the fritz? It seems mine keep disappearing or resetting or something.

Also, Colostomizer told me while I was asleep that he was unable to edit his profile because his name was too long? I can have him message you somehow with details on that.
OH! Another way to deal with people not reading the thread and asking shit that has been dealt with. But first, how are you tracking these issues? A Trello board that everyone can see but not everyone can edit (maybe Slater can do the dumping into it) would let you make sure nothing slips through the cracks and also give a convenient place to point people when they have questions that are already answered, could vote on features with it (just expose that to certain usergroups), etc. Just a stray thought.
Finally, I just found this one: the text when you are deleting a post asks you to confirm that you want to delete the thread. A bit jarring.

Yeah, the modals on dark skin aren't styled yet. Few other people have asked me about it, I'll fix this today. The update message is just something that appears on occasion as a result of something that happens on the backend. I'll see if I can get that message disabled but it's nothing to worry about.

Thank you man. I'm very happy with the overall feedback you guys have given. Some questions have been asked multiple times but that's to be expected and honestly just tells me you guys care. My mind has almost not left THF this entire week. Even when I'm away from my computer and at the gym, I'm still thinking about ways to make this place better and how to fix things that need to be fixed.
I actually got a LOT of use out of the "Preview Post" button on the old site. Would it be possible to implement something like that here? Is there any way whatsoever that we can have the ability to make a post without going to a different page and no longer being able to view a thread? It's a bit annoying to have to open my reply in a new tab so I can go back and look at the thread to double check what someone said etc.
