Editing Halo Montage BROLL

Hello gents, I need broll of cutaway material of someone editing halo montage in Premiere & After Effects. Around 5 minutes for each program. Just someone working natively as if their cutting their montage. I do not have any of my old material. Too many years ago. 

I am seeking anyone who would be willing to screencapture themselves dicking around and pretending to edit for 5 minutes in each program doing various edits.

talked to sillygoose. if mugsy could help that would be dope! sillygoose only had one from Vegas and it was a time lapse. I wanted a normal screen cap. any help?

if it were for vegas i'd have you covered. and unfortunately twitch.tv doesn't save my broadcasts, otherwise i'd have a ton of ae stuff
