For real though, my dreads are pissing me the fuck off. I guess it could be pregnancy/post partum stuff but after 5 years they've started cracking off. I'm literally walking around sometimes and I find half of a dread on the floor. what the fuck.

I mentioned to Michel that I might let them grow out a bit and give them the good chop, but he was horrified at the idea of me having short hair. I don't know. We'll see. If I get rid of these ones, I'd just grow my hair out again and get them done properly the second time around. My dreads are basically 5 years of neglect and were started up by two of my friends who didn't really know what they were doing. They've served me well for this long but it might be time to move on.

Sounds postpartum. I was horrified when I was losing hair after Connor. It took me forever to take a shower because it would fall out in clumps. Fuck unstable hormones so much.

 

They look good though.

I doubt it, I've pretty much thought of it like this the last few years: even if you end up loving a tattoo forever the moment you had it done you had no idea if you would, so it's a bit of a stupid decision. I'm a big fan of cool tats, just cant get over the thing that the initial moment of getting one is inherently a dumb idea to me.
