is there a facebook group for all the OG ppl that used to frequent H2F? if not there should def be one. would love to see how everyone is doing and i think FB is the best way to do it.
also while searching through posts on the old forum I saw Cursed Lemon made a thread about Reid18 being in the hospital and was trying to raise money for the hospital bills but a lot of ppl thought it was sketchy because of Reid's drug addiction, anyone know how that turned out? I never knew Reid personally but i definitely looked up to him
If he hasnt paid or been late with child support payment multiple times you may want to go to a small claims court or just call a legal counselor.
i don't know if Canada is different but small claims court can't do anything regarding child support since that's family court. They also have little time, money, resources to enforce shit if the other parent isn't paying. My SIL is up to $20k back child support and she's hired two different lawyers and it took over 5 years for them to just get a lien on the guys house. He pays lump sums when the courts start threatening jail time but otherwise he coasts for 8yrs at a time paying $1.00 to keep them off his back. It's ridiculous.
I would go the route of mediation, get something official and notarized (or whatever it is they do in Canada). If it's like the US the debt won't fall off, one way or another you will be owed that money.
