It mandated my parents insurance so that they're allowed to cover me until 25 regardless of my student status.
Also the pre-existing conditions. I don't know if it was ever repealed, but once I had my health scare it scared me shitless that I would be denied health insurance later once I'm off my parents insurance. It's already hard to pay the bills with insurance from my endless lab work.
My beliefs don't fall in line with the hardcore conservatives ideas on almost anything though. Taxes are a big one-- I'm not for fucking the middle class and letting the rich elite slide. I think we should be taxing the shit out of them.
I wish I could find this article I read on yahoo either last night or night before and it was Clinton speaking on taxes/new book. He admitted that he should be taxed a lot higher and something along the lines of the rich having a duty and the opportunity to be contributing more to the bills, I wish he could run again. ~ up, up, up, up, up, up, up~
