I think it's hilarious that Sir Alex Ferguson of all people was upset about a refereeing decision. Not like Man United haven't been the recipients of dubious penalty decisions many times before. Plus the fact is that Demba Ba's penalty was like 65 minutes in and Man United had plenty of time to score a winner. And Jonas Gutierrez got sent off like 75 minutes in, so Newcastle were down to 10 men for a while at the end of the game.
Yep. We defended like we deserved that point. The guys were amazing, threw themselves at every ball.. so many goal-line clearances. It's such a disgrace to the players that managers can so clearly get up and say "you don't deserve that point."
Some brilliant defending/keeping to be fair. As for ferguson... just pulling out the excuses early for when city win the league.
